Race office

2025 information to update spring 2025!

The event center is in the Dipoli, Aalto University Main Building, close to Otaniemi Sports field and Aalto University. 

The race office is located inside Dipoli (Luolamiehentie 2, 02150 Espoo).

The nearest subway station is Aalto-yliopisto.  Please see https://www.hsl.fi/en for public transportation timetables.

Race office and Expo opening hours:

Friday                    12-20

Saturday                 8-18

The bib numbers must be picked up one hour prior to your start at the latest. Please try to pick up you bib on Friday to avoid the rush and delays on Saturday. The rush hours are Sat 09-10 and 11-12:30. 

Race Number Pick-up Instructions

You can collect your race number by showing the QR code sent to you. The code will be sent to you during the event week, on Wednesday or Thursday. You will receive it by SMS and in the participant info email, so keep an eye on your email, including your spam folder.

Another person can also collect your race number and/or event shirt by showing the QR code.

If your name is listed in the participant directory, your registration is complete. Unpaid registrations will not appear in the directory. Note: If you register close to the event and pay using a fitness benefit, be prepared to show a receipt for the payment at the Race Office.

You'll get your pre-ordered T-shirt at the same time.

Bag drop

Inside Dipoli there is a bad drop, area will be guarded.  For bag drop, you can leave things in your personal, closable bag or backpack, to which a removable bag drop tag from the bib number is attached. The runner must attach the tag to his bag himself with a tie obtained from the race office. You may collect the bag with your bib after the race.

Please note that the organizer is not responsible for lost items. A separate storage service for valuables is recommended for items such as wallets, cell phones, and watches etc.
